3. Products and Services
Tripix Images provides high-resolution digital texture images for download. All products are digital goods delivered electronically via email download link.
4. License Grant
Upon purchase, Tripix Images grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the texture images with the following terms:
• Permitted Uses: Commercial and personal projects, unlimited use, no attribution required

5. Prohibited Uses

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Payment Terms
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• We accept credit cards and debit cards
• Payment is processed immediately upon order completion
• All sales are final once the download link has been sent
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
8. Product Delivery
• Download links are sent to your registered email address within several hour after payment
• Download links do not expire
• You may download the files multiple times using your link
• If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact support at support@tripiximages.com
9. No Refunds or Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been sent to you, regardless of whether you have downloaded the files.
Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:
• Files are corrupted and cannot be downloaded or opened
• You received the wrong product
• Duplicate charges for the same transaction
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact support@tripiximages.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and detailed explanation.
10. Account Termination
Tripix Images reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our products. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
Texture images are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality products, Tripix Images does not guarantee:

12. Limitation of Liability
