How do I receive my images?

Your images will be delivered via a secure download link sent to your registered email.

When will I receive my download link?

We’ll send your secure download link within a few hours after your payment is confirmed. Once received, you’ll be able to access and download your images at your convenience.

Do I have permanent access to my purchased files?

Yes, your access is guaranteed!

If you happen to lose your files or your download link becomes inactive in the future, please contact us at support@tripiximages.com We are happy to re-issue your download link at any time to ensure your workflow remains uninterrupted.

How many times can I download the files?

Unlimited downloads!

You can download the same files as many times as you need from your download link. There's no limit on the number of times you can access your purchased images.

What image file formats do you provide?

We provide high-resolution PSD, PSB and TIF formats to ensure the best possible quality and editing flexibility for your projects. These formats are compatible with major design software including Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Affinity Photo, and other professional editing applications.

What resolution are the images?

All our images are provided in high-resolution suitable for professional use in print and digital projects. Specific resolution and dimensions are listed on each product page, so you can review the exact specifications before purchasing.

Do you provide sample images?

Yes, we do!

We offer complimentary 30x30cm real-size sample files. Simply send us the image code you are interested in via email to support@tripiximages.com, and we will provide a direct download link at no cost so you can evaluate the quality before purchasing.

Why do the images look blurry on your website?

The images displayed on our website are compressed previews optimized for fast loading speeds and to protect our intellectual property. The actual files you purchase and download are 100% high-resolution with full quality and detail.

Can I preview the full-resolution image before purchasing?

While we don't provide full-resolution previews to protect our products, we do offer free 30x30cm sample files that show the actual quality you'll receive. Contact us at support@tripiximages.com with the image code(s) you're interested in, and we'll send you sample files to help you make an informed decision.

Do you provide image modification services?

Yes, we do!

We offer custom image modification services to meet your specific project requirements. Please contact us directly at support@tripiximages.com to discuss your needs, timeline, and get pricing information for custom modifications.

Can I request a custom image or texture?

Yes! We accept custom image creation requests.

If you need specific textures or images that aren't available in our current collection, contact support@tripiximages.com with details about what you're looking for, including reference images if possible, and we'll provide a quote and timeline for your custom project.

What if my download is interrupted or fails?

For large files, we recommend using a download manager that supports resume functionality. If you experience persistent download issues, contact support@tripiximages.com and we can assist with alternative delivery methods.

Licensing

What license do I get when I purchased the images?

You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the texture images for both commercial and personal projects. This means the license never expires, you can use it anywhere in the world, others can also purchase and use the same texture, and there are no recurring fees or renewals required.

Can I use images for commercial projects?

Yes, absolutely! Commercial use is fully permitted without any additional fees. You can use our textures in video games and mobile apps, 3D models and renders, films and TV shows, advertising and marketing materials, products for sale (printed materials, merchandise), websites and web applications, architectural visualizations, VR/AR experiences, and any other commercial projects without restrictions.

Do I need to give credit or attribution?

No attribution required! You don't need to credit Tripix Images when using our textures. However, if you'd like to give us credit, we always appreciate it! But it's completely optional.

Can I modify or edit the images?

Yes! You have full freedom to modify the textures. You can resize, crop, rotate, change colors, adjust contrast and brightness, combine with other textures or elements, apply to 3D models and surfaces, and create derivative works based on the textures without any restrictions.

How many projects can I use one images in?

Unlimited! There's no limit on the number of projects. Once you purchase the images, you can use it in as many projects as you want - commercial or personal - without buying additional licenses.

Can I use images in client work?

Yes! You can use textures in work you create for clients or employers. Your clients receive the right to use the final product containing the textures. However, you cannot transfer the original image files to your clients.

Can I resell or redistribute the images?

No, reselling or redistributing is strictly prohibited. You cannot resell the images as standalone files, include them in image packs or asset bundles, upload to stock image websites or marketplaces, include in website templates or software plugins, or make them available for download on your website. The images must be incorporated into your end product, not distributed as standalone files.

Who owns the copyright to the images?

Tripix Images retains full copyright ownership. Your purchase grants you a license to use the textures, but does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. You cannot claim ownership, register trademarks, or attempt to obtain intellectual property rights over our images.

Does the license transfer if I sell my project or company?

The license is personal to you and cannot be transferred, however end products containing the texture images can be transferred or sold, the new owner can continue using the end product, but you cannot transfer the source image files or license rights to anyone else.

What happens if I violate the license terms?

Violations can result in:

Account suspension or termination, license revocation, legal action and damages, and no refund will be provided. We take license violations seriously to protect our business and other legitimate customers.

Refund

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once your download link has been sent.

This applies regardless of whether you've actually downloaded the files or not, because digital products can be copied instantly and we cannot accept returns once the files have been delivered to you.

Why don't you offer refunds?

Digital products are different from physical goods because files can be copied and kept even after a refund, delivery is instant and cannot be "returned", and there's no way to verify files have been deleted. To help you make informed decisions, we provide detailed previews, descriptions, and specifications for all images before purchase.

Are there ANY exceptions to the no-refund policy?

Yes, we may issue refunds in these exceptional cases: if downloaded files are corrupted or won't open and we can't provide working replacements within 48 hours, if you received a download link for a different product than what you purchased, if you were charged multiple times for the same transaction, or if you didn't receive your download link within 24 hours and we can't resend it. To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days with your order number and detailed explanation.

What does NOT qualify for a refund?

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds: you changed your mind after purchase, the image doesn't match your creative vision, you purchased the wrong product by mistake, you don't know how to use the image files, incompatibility with your software (specs are provided in the description), you found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price, or you've already downloaded the files.

How do I request a refund for a valid exception?

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@tripiximages.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and screenshots or error messages if applicable. We'll review your request and respond within 3-5 business days, and approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Can I get a refund if the image doesn't work with my software?

No. Software compatibility information is provided in product descriptions.

Before purchasing, please check the file format (JPG, PNG, TIFF, etc.), resolution and dimensions, color space information, and any special requirements. If you're unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway and we do not store your credit card information.

Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?

No hidden fees! You pay once and own the license forever.

There are no subscription fees, no renewal charges, no additional licensing fees, just a one-time payment. You may be responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
