Once you’ve selected an images, you will be taken to our Pricing Options page. Fill in your details and click ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Sign me up’. You will then be redirected to the payment system you chose. Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email with download link within 24 hours.

No, you do not need to create an account to purchase the images. However, if you create an account you will be able to view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases. By creating an account you will also automatically received our latest promotion and new products.
Yes, we do provide 30x30cm real size images. Just send us the images code and we will provide download link according to your request code without any additional cost.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our sales team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
If you were purchasing from Tripix Images for the first time, the most common reason why your card may have been declined is because of a typo in the card number. Try entering your card number again, and double-check to make sure the details are correct. If your payment fail to automatically renew, the credit card associated with your account may have expired. In that case, update your payment method or add a new one. If you continue to receive a credit card processing error, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider.
No, we do not provide image modification services.

Yes, all images are fully royalty free with the relevant model and property releases.
Every digital files on our site comes with a standard license that lets you use it in a wide variety of projects. All of our files are licensed on a royalty-free basis, which means you only pay for the initial download of a file.

Yes! Once you’ve bought a license, you can use the images again and again for other projects.
Nope. Images you bought have no time restrictions and no expiry.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
There will be a promo code box during the checkout or reactivation process. Simply enter your code there and click Apply. Kindly note that only one discount code is valid per order. A discount code cannot be combined with an additional discount code.
No, we cannot apply discounts after the order has been placed as our merchant takes payment at time of purchase and discounts are outside the capabilities of our refund system.
