Licensing Agreement
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase of texture images from Tripix Images (www.tripiximages.com), you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the texture images in accordance with the terms set forth in this Licensing Agreement. This license permits both commercial and personal use without requiring attribution.
2. License Scope and Type

License Holder:Â Individual purchaser or authorized company representative
Duration:Â Perpetual (does not expire)
Territory:Â Worldwide use permitted
3. Permitted Uses
You are authorized to use the licensed texture images for:
Commercial Projects:
• Video games, mobile applications, and software
• 3D models, renders, and animations
• Architectural visualizations and interior design projects
• Films, television, and video productions
• Advertising, marketing materials, and promotional content
• Printed products (books, magazines, packaging, merchandise)
• Websites, web applications, and digital media
• Virtual and augmented reality experiences
Personal Projects:
• Hobby projects and personal creative work
• Educational assignments and student projects
• Portfolio pieces and demo reels
• Non-commercial art and design projects
4. Modifications and Derivative Works
You are permitted to:
• Modify, edit, resize, and manipulate the texture images
• Adjust colors, contrast, brightness, and other properties
• Combine textures with other elements
• Apply the textures to 3D models and surfaces
• Create derivative works based on the textures
5. No Attribution Required
You are not required to provide credit or attribution to Tripix Images when using the licensed texture images. However, attribution is always appreciated if you choose to provide it.
6. Unlimited Projects and End Products
There is no limit to the number of projects or end products you can create using the licensed textures. You may use the same texture in multiple projects, for multiple clients, and across different media formats without purchasing additional licenses.
7. Work for Clients and Employers
You may use the licensed textures in work created for your clients or employers. The license is transferrable to the end product, meaning your clients receive the right to use the final work containing the textures. However, you may not transfer the source texture files themselves to clients.
8. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resale and Redistribution:
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the texture images in their original form
• Resell modified versions of the textures as standalone texture files
• Include textures in texture packs, asset bundles, or digital product collections
• Upload textures to stock image websites or digital marketplaces
Sharing and Distribution:
• Share download links with others
• Distribute source files to clients, contractors, or team members
• Make textures available for download from your own website or server
Template and Tool Creation:
• Include textures in website templates, design templates, or software plugins
• Create products where the textures are the primary value (e.g., texture editing apps)
Intellectual Property Claims:
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original textures
• Register the textures as trademarks
• Attempt to obtain intellectual property rights over the textures
9. Ownership and Copyright
All texture images remain the intellectual property of Tripix Images. This license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership or copyright. Tripix Images retains all rights not explicitly granted in this agreement.
10. License Transfer and Assignment
This license is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual or entity. If you cease business operations or transfer a project, the end product containing the textures may be transferred, but not the source texture files or license rights.
11. License Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you:
• Violate any terms of this Licensing Agreement
• Engage in prohibited uses as outlined in Section 8
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract protected content
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the textures and delete all copies. End products created before termination may continue to exist.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
Texture images are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Tripix Images does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with specific software, or uninterrupted use.
13. Limitation of Liability
Tripix Images shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the texture images, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific texture.
