Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products, Tripix Images does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download link has been sent to your email address. This policy applies regardless of whether you have actually downloaded the texture images or not.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products are different from physical goods because:

• They cannot be "returned" once delivered

• Files can be copied and retained even after a refund

• Delivery is instant and irreversible

We provide detailed previews, descriptions, and specifications for all texture images to help you make an informed purchase decision before buying.

3. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

We may issue a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

a) Technical Issues with Files:

If the downloaded texture files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened due to a problem on our end, and we are unable to provide working replacement files within 48 hours.

b) Wrong Product Delivered:

If you receive a download link for a different product than what you purchased.

c) Duplicate Charges:

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error.

d) No Download Link Received:

If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment and we are unable to resend it after you contact support.

4. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• The texture doesn't match your creative vision or project needs

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake

• You don't know how to use the texture files

• The texture is not compatible with your software (compatibility information is provided in product descriptions)

• You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price

• You have already downloaded the files

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please:

1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date

2. Email support@tripiximages.com with your order number

3. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue

4. Include screenshots or error messages if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be permanently suspended, and you will be banned from making future purchases. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns.
